    What is a sandwich panel Kits

    A sandwich panel is any structure made of three layers: a low-density core (PUR,XPS), and a thin skin-layer bonded to each side. Sandwich panels are used in applications where a combination of high structural rigidity and low weight is required.

    The structural functionality of a sandwich panel is similar to the classic I-beam, where two face sheets primarily resist the
    in-plane and lateral bending loads (similar to flanges of an I- beam), while the core material mainly resists the shear loads
    (similar to the web of an I-beam). The idea is to use a light/soft but thick layer for the core and strong but thin layers for
    face sheets. This results in increasing the overall thickness of the panel, which often improves the structural attributes, like
    bending stiffness, and maintain or even reduce the weight.

    Sandwich panels are an example of a sandwich structured composite: the strength and lightness of this technology makes it popular. and widespread. Its versatility means that the panels have many applications and come in many forms: the core and skin materials can vary widely and the core may be a PUR,XPS, honeycomb or a solid filling Like Plywood and PP. Enclosed panels are termed cassettes.

    The Skin FRP /GRP are made by countinus industry Machines which can keep the quality and the skin quaily of the FRP sheet , the surface have the High Gloss and High Impact type for different purpose in the panels . This keep the panels no need to paint again .

    1) The FRP chemical with Glues cannot guaranty the Smoothness of the Skin, so it need paint after assembled.
    2) More FRP Chemical Harden inside as Bone of the panel, so it is 10% Heavier than the Composite Sandwich Panels
    3) Too Strong, Long life than the Chassis, you may Change the Chassis during its life.
    BOX INSTALLATION PROCESS
    It is very easy to assemble our insulated bodies, because applying polyurethane adhesive to the joint area of the sandwich panels, which ensures the joint reliability and optimum insulation, forms them. All bodies ckd we provide have included all necessary accessories such as aluminum angles, aluminum corner, sealing glues, screws, side guards, etc. Therefore, you can assemble them by yourself without purchasing any material. Generally, 3-4 workers can assemble 5-6 bodies everyday.
    Moreover, at the beginning we will assign our engineers to supply you some technical guidance.
    CKD Panel Kits
    1. Prepare the chassis
    2. Mount the partial Sub-Chassis and the floor plate on the chassis with Supplied U bolts and other parts
    3. Mount the side, front and the roof and the Rear Door Portal and the door with Glues approx.1.5 hours, with a set time At Leas 8 h at +20 ℃ .

    Distinguish the different Panels

    Distinguish the different panels for different walls, Floor,Roof, Side walls (2 sets), Front wall, Rear Wall, and pre-install for their position. All the Alu . Insulateion Extrusion had been fixed the positions.

    Install the panels per instruction

    Install the panels with Adhesives one by one, from floor to front wall, then the side wall , then the roof , at last put the rear wall with tail door.

    Clamp with F-shape fixture

    After all the walls been installed with glue, clamp the box with F-Shape Fixture to let the Composite glue Hard , and then clean the surface and the joint edges, then a box finished.

    What is refrigerated truck box body?

    Refrigerated truck, sometimes we call it reefer truck box body. Sometimes we call it freezer truck box body. Sometimes chiller truck box body. Sometimes cold room truck box body. All in all, We calls it refrigerated truck.Reefer truck box body is a kind of box which can load the cargoes which need to keep cold and fresh. Such as icecream, chill chicken, chill fish, freezer meat, sometimes vegetables and so on.

    Our refrigerated truck box body is the Sandwich structure. External FRP material+PU core+Internal FRP. Normally, the thickness of FRP is 2mm. It also can be customized. As the PU core, normally, the density is more than 40kg/m. And the thickness is changeable by customers’ request and designing request.

    The parts of FRP reefer truck box body is adopted the highest configuration. They are 304 stainless steel parts for door lock and door frame. Aluminum profile for connecting all the panels. The importing rubbers make the door be sealing. So the whole reefer truck box body is all-closed without any gap.

    What’s the material of your refrigerated truck body?

    We can produce FRP(Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic), Color Steel Sheet and Stainless Steel Material for the refrigerated truck body.The Core Material can be PU,XPS.

    What is the CKD and CBU means ?

    CKD means completely knocked down. That means offer all the parts of the truck body(Semi-finished products), you need assemble the box first, then amount to your truck chassis. Though you have to do some works, but It can save much shipping charges.
    CBU means completely Building Unit. That is, we offer you the whole truck body, you just install it your truck directly.

    How long life of your truck body?

    It depends how will use it. Normally, the life is about 15~20 years
